Return & Refund Policy

"We offer a 10-day return policy, allowing you 10 days from the date of receiving your Product to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase."

The same Value Product in exchange can be given in case Replacement is not available for the same Model.

For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.


RETURN CONDITIONS:

Issues mentioned above shall be validated by Modmobile and pickup requests shall be generated only if the issue is valid.

The product must be in returned in the original state in which it was shipped and delivered with accessories, booklets, box, etc.

Modmobile shall complete the pickup and drop of such devices via logistics partners

Customers need to erase all their personal data from their device before returning. Modmobile shall not be liable for any data residing on the returned device and shall erase any existing data on it.

 

PHYSICAL DAMAGE

Customers can return a Modmobile phone within 3 days from the date of delivery if the following issues are noticed at the time of unboxing the device (with video recording proof of unboxing), the customer will be eligible for a return.

  • Broken or cracked Screen
  • Broken back panel
  • Broken or missing keys

RETURN POLICY EXCLUSIONS

  • Expectation of a new device.
  • Expectation of receiving original brand accessories along with the phone.
  • Expectation of a warranty period longer than 6 months.
  • The possibility of ordering the wrong device in terms of make, model, capacity, color, or price.
  • Approval of returns for reasons not mentioned above is entirely at Modmobile's discretion.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Customers cannot cancel orders post the product being dispatched
  • Returns will be treated as canceled orders

Exceptions / non-returnable items


You are not eligible to return any damaged devices (accidental or liquid damage) back. Please take a proper video while unboxing your device to have proof of any in-transit damage. 



Exchanges


If you do not wish to return your device, we can offer a replacement for the same subject to valid inspection and investigation of the issue
